We provide training for the education, skills and business sectors through Prospects Professional Training which addresses the assessment and development needs of a wide range of organisations.
Prospects brings its extensive experience of the CIAG sector to ensure our training is relevant and practical, and supports the individual to develop and enhance their job performance in their role.
We offer a range of qualifications and short workshops, covering professional development and accreditation for those working in careers information advice and guidance, careers education, and teaching and training end training.
Our customers include colleges, schools, providers of career-related Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) providers, community learning providers, Work Based Learning (WBL) providers, housing associations, charities, local authorities and many more.
Our training is always tailored to the needs of learners, and employs a range of techniques. Our trainers are qualified practitioners in their field and bring a wealth of expertise and real life experiences to their training. We use online materials and a portfolio builder to support our assessments, and to provide a really flexible delivery to suit your needs.
