Sarah, a childminder from Medway, recently received childminding support, advice on paperwork and three support home visits from the Prospects team.

Sarah said: “I am very pleased with the support I received just prior to my inspection. I found the advice and guidance I received helped me to gain the ‘Good’ grading from Ofsted. You helped me get all my paperwork up to date and advised of some additional policies and permissions which were needed, but the most important thing you did for me was to give me moral support which in turned boosted my confidence;you always said I could do it and I did.”
