3BM offer a wide range of services that support schools, including: SIMS (Schools Information Management Systems), schools' finance (including Academy conversion), ICT strategy and computing curriculum services, a wide range of building services, including design, project management, health and safety compliance and asset management.

It was the first employee led mutual joint venture to spin out of local government and has Prospects as its independent sector partner. 3BM brought together an experienced team from three high performing London local authorities: The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and The City of Westminster. This pioneering model delivers better and more cost-effective public services through the experience, expert local knowledge of staff with a private sector business ethic.
