Prospects Payroll provides online payroll service to academies, colleges, schools and other education establishments. The service is tailored to suit customers' needs, using an integrated HR, payroll and absence system. Benefits include:

Customers can choose two levels of access:

• Fully electronic – customer inputs payroll data direct onto the online system, having full control and visibility of payroll
• Standard – customer submits payroll and absence forms to the Prospects Payroll team who input the data, and view information on a read only basis

Customers have an online Self Service for all employees, using a secure login they can:

• Access personal details
• Change address and bank details
• View and print monthly payslip
• View and print P60s

The Payroll Team includes Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) and accountancy qualified staff, providing expert advice and knowledge.
